1. Cleanse face and ensure the lash area is dry.
2. Apply a thin line of serum along the base of the upper lash line only.
3. Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other products.
4. Do not apply to the lower lashes or other areas.
   

Step 2: Nu-Cil Eyebrow Boosting Serum (Evening Only)

1. Ensure brows are clean and dry.
2. Trace the serum along the natural brow shape, focusing on sparse areas.
3. Wait 90 seconds before continuing with your routine.
