At LIPS Healthcare Store, we are committed to delivering your order promptly, securely, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery expectations, tracking, and returns.

Order Processing

All orders are processed on the same day when placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday). Orders submitted after this time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

·         Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

·         Courier Services: We use reliable UK courier services. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

·         Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and this is a set fee that does not vary based on location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility

If you need to return an item, you may do so within 28 days of receipt (skincare products only). Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for facilitating and paying the cost of the return
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
