Yes, we accept returns on unopened skincare products within 28 days. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Due to safety standards and storage control, as we are not able to verify storage conditions, we cannot accept returns on supplements or consumable products.

Please email us at order.support@lips.org.uk within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a damaged item.
